Magrath, Jr. holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has over twenty-five years of banking, real estate and appraisal experience.  In addition to a wealth of knowledge, he has extensive educational credentials that include a Master's Degree in Business Administration coupled with broad additional coursework in basic and advanced income property lending, capitalization techinques, appraisal procudures and ethical standards.

Magrath Appraisal Services is a fee based commercial real property appraisal and consulting firm.  Among the items offered are absorption studies, feasibility studies, foreclosure/REO analyisis, litigation and litigation support, retrospective valuation and site location analysis.
